Bodacious Ale
The name for this ale was insisted upon by a friend of mine. I think of it however as a more Northwest style ale.

| Hops: | 2 oz. Bullion (8.5% AA, 60 min.) 2 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 30 min.) 2 oz. Willamette (5% AA, 15 min.) |

| Log: | The Cascade hops were thrown in after the boil. I let them steep in the wort for about 15 minutes before I removed all the hops and chilled the wort down. I then sparged through the collection of wet hops. | |||||||
| Tasting: | Tastes very light with a aromatic after taste of biterness. Sort of like an IPA. | |||||||
