| Tasting: | Nice spice aroma, especially at warmer temp - don't serve at 40°. Not a lot of malt character compared to Great Lakes - would go partial mash next time adding 2 lb pale malt, l/2 lb light crystal & maybe 1/2 lb dark crystal and take out 1.5-2 lbs of DME. Still, a very nice winter warmer. | |||||||
