Good summer brew - might be ready in time for July 4th!

| Grain: | 8 oz. American crystal 20L | |||||||
| Steep: | Put grain in bag in cold water. Heat water to 155-158° and immediately take the pot off the heat. Steep grain for 40 minutes off the heat. |

| 3 lb. Light dry malt extract 3 lb. Wheat extract |

| Hops: | 1. oz. Northern Brewer (8.5% AA, 45 min.) .5 oz. Northern Brewer (8.5% AA, 35 min.) 2 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 5 min.) |

| Log: | Add juice from 3-4 lemons (no pulp or pits!) to hot wort just before cooling to fermentation temperature. |
