| Mash specialy grains in sock in 1.5 gal heat at 150° for 90 minutes, sparge with 200° water to make 2.5 gal | ||||||||

| 1 lb. Light dry malt extract 1 lb. Rice extract 1 lb. Corn sugar | ||||||||
| add DME, solids and hops. Boil for 45 minutes. Add Irish Moss and boil 15 minutes more. | ||||||||

| Yeast: | 11.0 gms Coopers Ale yeast - pitch yeast at 78°. Agitate well. | |||||||
| Carbonation: | Prime brew with 3/4 cup corn sugar and 2 cups of water. | |||||||
