| Grain: | 4 oz. American crystal 40L 2 oz. American crystal 60L 6 oz. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils) |

| Steep: | Steep grains at 150° in 1/2 gal. of water. Rinse with 1/2 gal of 150°. Add water to total 3 gal for the boil. | |||||||

| Add Irish Moss last 15 min. | ||||||||
