This is a clone recipe for Cooper's Sparklin Ale made in South Australia. I used the recipe from BYO with only slight modifications.

| Log: | Started on 10/9/05, Bottled 10/23/05 Very active fermentation, foam out of airlock for days. Racked to secondary after 7 days. Fermented around 70° F |

| Carbonation: | Bottle Conditioned with 3/4 cup corn sugar. | |||||||
| Tasting: | After 11 days in the bottle, still tastes rather young. However, has the right Coopers flavor, should balance out nicely after further aging. | |||||||
