Fuller's London Porter Clone
With this recipe I am trying to replicate Fuller's London Porter,
one of my favourite beers on tap at the Falling Rock in Denver.

| Mash: | 73% efficiency | |||||||
| Mash in with 10 qts of water to a sacc. temp. of 155F. After 50 min. the temp had dropped to 152F. Add boiling water to reach 160F and rest for 10 minutes. Add boiling water to reach 170F for mash-out.  |
