| Moss Last 15 min. Immersion chiller last 15 min. Add Cascade hops when heat is turned off. |

| Log: | Primary 1 week @ 68F Secondary 2 weeks @ 63F After 2 weeks in secondary place in Fridge for 10 days @ 34F to let yeast drop out and clear bright. Keg and let sit @ 40F for 3 weeks before sampling. |
