Eclipse IPA
A full bodied, malty complex beer. Yeah I know it's too dark for an IPA, but boy is it good. It's not as dark as the color indicator would have you beleive.

| Mash in grains using 3 gallons of 160 - 170° water for one hour-ish. Sparged w/ 2 gallons 170° strike water. Added 1 oz. fuggles to the kettle for first wort hopping (If you are not first wort hopping, you should be). Mixed in extract and brought kettle to full rolling boil. |
