| Use Irish Moss during the last 5 minutes for clarity. | ||||||||
| Hops: | 1 oz. Fuggles (4.2% AA, 60 min.) .5 oz. Fuggles (4.2% AA, 30 min.) .5 oz. Fuggles (4.2% AA, 15 min.) |

| Log: | Ferment at Room temperature for 2 weeks. No racking. Bottle after two weeks because we have to have this ready for Xmas Party. | |||||||
