| Tasting: | This was a fantastic brew. It has quickly become the favorite among the local "experts". Is it just like Fullers ESB? Not quite. The color, while beautiful, is a bit lighter and the flavor isn't quite as complex as Fullers. I noticed another clone recipe used flaked corn which I may add (1 lb.)next time. Left alone, it deserves it's own name and a spot in my top 5 homebrews. |
