| Mash at 122F for 15 minutes, raise temp to 145-155F for 90 minutes | ||||||||
| Boil: | 75 minutes | SG 1.059 | 11 gallons | |||||
| Boil for 15 minutes then follow hop schedule add irish moss for last 20 minutes of boil | ||||||||
| Hops: | 2 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 60 min.) 1 oz. Fuggles (4.75% AA, 30 min.) 1 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 10 min.) |
