Dori's Wedding Rasberry Wheat
A very nice rasberry wheat with a touch a pink.

| Steep: | Steep grains for 20 min at 160° in one gallon of water. Rinse and remove grains and add 4.5 gallons of hot water and extract. |

| Boil: | 60 minutes | SG 1.053 | 5.5 gallons | |||||
| 4 lb. Light malt extract 4 lb. Wheat extract |

| At end of boil lower wort temp to 160° and add 5 lbs of crushed frozen rasberries and steep at 160° for ten min. Lower temp to 70° and drain wort then press the rest of the wort from the rassberies and hops. |

| Hops: | 1 oz. Northern Brewer (8.5% AA, 60 min.) 1 oz. Fuggles (4.75% AA, 15 min.) |
