| Log: | After primary fermentation, I will rack this beer on top of 4 lbs of peaches and 4 lbs of apricots. Both of the fruit was allowed to ripen, then I froze them, then I pasteurized them at 160 degrees for 10 minutes. I will then age it on Secondary for 2 weeks before moving to tertiary for a few days and then kegging. | |||||||
