| Add 9qts 130 deg water to get 122 deg - 30 min Add 4.5 qts boiling water and heat to 150 deg - 15 min Heat to 158 deg - 30 min Heat to 168 deg and sparge with 170-180 deg water to get 6.5 gal runoff. |
