Impersonator is a strong scotch ale that thinks its a double bock. Some day I'll get a refrigerator to Lager.

| Steep: | Heat 2 quarts of water to 162°F, steep grains in a muslin bag for 30 minutes. Filter tea through bag into brew kettle. | |||||||
| Boil: | 60 minutes | SG 1.092 | 1.5 gallons | |||||

| Added 1/2 teaspon Irish Moss with 15 minutes to go in the boil. | ||||||||

| Log: | Primary Fermentation 1 week at 63 °F in Glass. Secondary 11 days at 61 - 63 ° F in Glass. | |||||||
| Carbonation: | Used 2 tablespoons and 2 teaspoons of cornsugar, dissolved in 8 ounces of filtered tap water. | |||||||
| Tasting: | Decent beer as of first tasting 2weeks after bottling. Will only get better with age. | |||||||
