Fall Fest Ale '99
This is a rather light Fall time or Holiday beer. The cloves and cinnimon give it a rather spicey flavor without being overwelming.

| Steep: | Place the cracked grains in a cloth sack and drop into 2 gallons of cold water. Bring the water slowly to a near boil and remove the grains. | |||||||
| Boil: | 60 minutes | SG 1.167 | 2 gallons | |||||
| 7.5 lb. Light malt extract 1 lb. Honey |

| Once the wort is at first boil, remove from heat and stir in malt extract. Also add 1 1/2 teaspoons of whole cloves and one stick of cinnimon and 1/4 cup of blackstrap molasses. Add 1 teaspoon Irish Moss at the last 15 minutes of the boil. | ||||||||
