Georgia Strong Ale, Ver-1.075
I wanted to brew up a good tasting American Ale, but stronger
that general guidlines, this looks about right ;) I'm brewing
today and will let you know in a few weeks how it turns out...

| Steep: | I originally designed the recipe using about twice the grains but the steep looked much darker than I expected so I dumped half the steep out. I think the roasted malt that the brew shop had on hand was abit more tosty than expected. Steeped 152f for 60 min |
