Hallertauer Blonde
Another in my series of single-hop Blonde Ales.
Note the recipe is for 5.5 gallons.

| Mash relatively low in the saccharification range, around 150°F. Minimal sparge and collection in order to shorten the boil time (hence the low overall efficiency). |

| Keep the boil time short to avoid extra darkening of the wort. | ||||||||
