5 Gallon Challenge
Making this to drink in a weekend between my roomate and i. Also, it is my first real attempt at all grain with legitmate equipment.

| Hops: | .5 oz. Willamette (5% AA, 60 min.) 1 oz. Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 15 min.) |

| Yeast: | Pacific Ale Yeast. Supposed to be the yeast from an unnamed PNW brewery. It is really clean. | |||||||
| Log: | secondary for a week, then after bottling let it sit for 2 weeks. | |||||||
| Carbonation: | 3.4 oz cane sugar | |||||||
| Tasting: | If it turns out well, it will become the football weekend beer of choice. | |||||||
