Just another variety to have on hand when my friends from Las Vegas come "home" to Pittsburgh to visit in early July.

| Cracked all grain & put in mash pot with 1 gallon water. Raised temp to 140°F and held for 35 minutes. Raised temp to about 155°F with addition of 1/2 gallon of 200°F water and held for 40 minutes. Sparged with 1 gallon of 170°F water. | ||||||||

| Added 1/4 oz. Irish Moss powder at 20 minutes left in boil. | ||||||||
