Simcoe Blonde
Another in my series of single-hop Blonde Ales. Since Simcoe
is high alpha, this one is more bitter than the others.
Note the recipe is for 6 gallons.

| Mash relatively low in the saccharification range, around 150°F. | ||||||||
| Boil: | 75 minutes | SG 1.043 | 7. gallons | |||||
| Keep the boil time short to avoid extra darkening of the wort. | ||||||||
| Hops: | 1 oz. Simcoe (12.3% AA, 60 min.) 1 oz. Simcoe (12.3% AA, 15 min.) 1 oz. Simcoe (12.3% AA, 0 min.) |

| Yeast: | Wyeast 1056 American Ale, or something suitably low-impact. | |||||||
| Log: | Ferment at the low end of the range for the yeast you use. | |||||||
