| Mash in the lower - mid 150's with about 3.25 gallons of water, and sparge at 175F using little extra sparge water, ~ 5.5 gallons, to make sure you get a full sized batch... Keep in mind those whole hops will retain some of the wort in your brew kettle. | ||||||||
