| Yeast: | Saf04 dry yeast. Also added 1 crushed Beano tablet before pitching yeast. | |||||||
| Log: | Fermented at 65-70 for 7 days and secondary for 7 days. | |||||||
| Carbonation: | kegged as usual. | |||||||
| Tasting: | may have needed a little more blueberry flavor or tried a combination of real blueberries in conjunction with extract. Not too bad for first go at it. | |||||||
