| Mash in 122, protien rest for 30 min Boil 1.5 gal first thick decoction for 20 min. add 1 gal liquor at 152 to mash, return decoction to mash. Mash at 152 for 45 min, mash at 158 for 60 min, use .5 lbs rice hulls. sparge w 5 gal at 165. check for conversion |
