Log:	Alcohol bumped up to compensate for less than sterile conditions.
Carbonation:	One tsp table sugar per 20 oz Mountain Dew, screwtop bottle.
Tasting:	I sort of remember the first bottle. More bitter than expected. Popular for "trading".
