| Mash strike temp=150F for 1 hour. Vorlauf for 10 minutes. Sparged to yield 6.5 gallons of wort. | ||||||||

| Hops: | 1 oz. Cascade (9.4% AA, 60 min.) 1 oz. Fuggles (4.75% AA, 15 min.) 1 oz. Fuggles (aroma) |

| Log: | Fermented for 4 days at 70F. Racked and conditioned additional week at 65F. | |||||||
| Carbonation: | Primed with 5/8 cup corn sugar for medium carbonation levels. | |||||||
| Tasting: | Will taste tomorrow. Tasted during secondary. Had a nutty malt flavor and hoppy finish. Can't wait for the finished product. | |||||||
