This was an early batch. The people who enjoyed the typical mass produced american beers liked this one. It was ok. Good for a beginner.

| Log: | normal boil. Primary fermentation for 5 days and then bottled. Let bottle condition for 2 weeks. Bottled with 3/4 cup of dextrose. | |||||||
| Tasting: | I liked this as a fast drinking beer for a change. I kept this for folks who came over and didn't like the heavy dark beer I normally brew. It got better as it bottle aged over th 3 months it lasted. | |||||||
