Light Frost Ale
This ale is ment to be served at extremely cold tempature(at the point where the top is frosted over). It should be a light golden color and taste very sweet in contrast to its smell.

| Water: | Boil at a very hich tempture(frothy boil), it should not take more then an hour to lose the volume. | |||||||
| Grain: | 1 lb. American Vienna 5 oz. British Carastan light 8 oz. Raw barley |

| All mash to be added at begining of boil. | ||||||||

| Add all other ingredients 10 minutes before taking of boil. | ||||||||

| Yeast: | Use regular bread yeast with a started included. | |||||||
| Log: | Store at just below room temature(63-68°f) for 4-6 weeks rotating once a day 1/4 turn in any wooden barrel(oak works well). Then bottel in pre-boiled bottles and store for 3 moer months with same process as above. | |||||||

| Tasting: | It often is too sweet is you add the ingreiants to late or if you don't turn properly, also if you don't boil the bottels the ale will sour quickly. | |||||||
