My favorite beer, I took a long time getting the ingredients just right, this is very similar to Hoegaarden and I have brewed it about a dozen times

| Standard infusion mash with 12 -14 litres for 60 minutes at 155 °F. Sparge with 20 litres to collect 26 litres for the boil assuming 20% evaporation. | ||||||||
