My First Belgian Golden Strong brewed 11/26/16. Will add 10 gal. to Dennis Tsonis's oak barrel in Flagstaff.

| Heat hot liquor to 158°F & hold mash at 148°F for 75 minutes of until conversion. Mash out at 168°F | ||||||||

| Add 4 lbs. of cane sugar at 15 min. in boil along with 1 tablespoon of Irish Moss. | ||||||||
