IPA #5
It took several batches and variations to come up
with this final recipe. It is my 'house brew', and I brew
it at least every other session.

| Tasting: | Compared it the other night directly with Fuller's IPA (one of my favorites): IPA #5 is slightly less sharp in its bitterness, yet assertive enough and the malt comes through a bit more. Body, mouthfeel, color, head retention pretty much the same. My wife preferred IPA#5...... | |||||||
