First big beer with my Igloo 5gal mash-tun. This is the most grain I have attempted to mash with it. If efficiency suffers dramatically(below 67-68%) I must consider aquiring a larger cooler. This is, to some degre, diagnostic. Also my first experience brewing with Canada Malting 2-row.
