Sunset IPA
This is an attempt at a semi-traditional style British IPA--the bigger, more highly hopped versions that were exported to India in the early 1800s.
The name comes from the old saying, "The sun never sets on the British Empire".

| I mash @152 for an hour or until full conversion. | ||||||||

| Hops: | 5 oz. Fuggles (4.75% AA, 60 min.) 1 oz. Fuggles (4.75% AA, 10 min.) 1 oz. Fuggles (aroma) |

| Yeast: | Wyeast 1028, with an appropriately large starter (I think it was about 2L; use the mrmalty calculator). | |||||||
| Log: | Dry hop for the last week before you bottle or keg it with 1 oz of Fuggles. | |||||||
| Carbonation: | I carbed to 2.2 volumes. | |||||||
