| Mash-in with 4.5 gals 162 degree water. Stabilized at 152 degrees. mashed for one hour. Sparged to get 6.75 gallons to boil kettle. | ||||||||

| 1 oz Columbus 60 mins. 1 oz Cascade 30 mins. 1/4 tsp finings 15 mins. 1 oz Cascade at shut down. 1 oz Columbus dry hop in secondary. | ||||||||

| Log: | Brewed on Oct 28, 2007. Primary in plastic at 68 Degrees for 5 days. Racked to secondary glass with dry hop addition for 7 days. | |||||||
| Carbonation: | Forced Carbonated and kegged on November 10, 2007. | |||||||
| Tasting: | I have brewed this IPA several times, and it is favorite of my drinking buddies. The Columbus hops have a very clean bitterness and a great piney aroma. | |||||||
