The Cascade and Willamette hops are both dry hop additions at 2ndary fermentation. 1 oz oak chips (no toast)

| Steep: | Toast 2-row malted barley on cookie sheet in oven at 350° until a reddish hue. Place grains in muslin bag add to 1 1/2 gal cool water. Bring to 155° and hold for 30 minutes. Sparge with 1/2 gallon at 170° bringing to 2 gallons. | |||||||
