| Bring 2.5 gallons of water to 155° then place grain bag(s) and mash for 60-90 minutes. Tea bag grain bag(s) every 10-15 minutes. After the mash is complete, remove spent grain bag(s) and sparge at 170° (sparge slowly) with 1 gallon of water. | ||||||||

| Yeast: | I found California Ale yeast works best, or .5 cups of slurry from your local brew pub will be fine. | |||||||
| Log: | Ferment for two weeks or until FG is reached (1.012 - 1.014) Transfer to secondary fermenter for two-three weeks, then you are ready to bottle. | |||||||
