Water:	Good ol' southern NH well-water (carbon-filtered)
Boil:	60 minutes	SG 1.052	6.5 gallons
	8 lb. Alexander's Ultralight LME 1 lb. John Bull Amber DME 4 oz. Maltodextrin
	1 tsp. Irish Moss (15 min.)
Hops:	1 oz. Horizon (14.5% AA, 45 min.) 1 oz. Horizon (14.5% AA, 30 min.) 1 oz. Santiam (6% AA, 20 min.) 1 oz. Santiam (aroma)
Yeast:	White Labs California Ale

Tasting:	I've never used Horizon or Santiam hops before so this should be a very interesting experiment.
