Orange blossom Cream Ale
Based on previous George & Charlie's Cream ale with some adjustments. I've cut the base 2-row, added some biscuit malt, and 1# of orange blossom honey.

| Tasting: | Excellent brew. However, had to cut back the biscuit to 1/2# and added another # of 2-row. Also will insist on Nottingham dry vs. Safale 04. I think that may be the answer to the perfect orange blossom cream ale! | |||||||
