who likes a litghter colered and milder
flavored beer.

| Hops: | 1 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 60 min.) 1 oz. Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 15 min.) |

| Yeast: | Danstar Nottingham Dry Yeast | |||||||
| Carbonation: | Bottle carbonated using Cooper's tablets. | |||||||
| Tasting: | Add in the Hallertau hops after 30 minutes and then diluting just before bottling with 1 gallan of boiled and cooled water. This should provide a lighter beer that still have some flavor. | |||||||
