| Tasting: | I added a cut up pear (w/o seeds) and 1/2 a lemon (rind only) in the primary fermentation. The taste is bitter, strong, caramel-ly, & slightly lemony. It reminds me of a hefeweizen. But more bitter. This is first day tasting. |
