When i was trying to make this recipe i wanted to make a beer that was overwhelmingly malty and very bitter with high roasted flavour.

| Hops: | 100g nugget (12% AA, 90 min.) 30g Fuggles (4.75% AA, 45 min.) 30g Fuggles (4.75% AA, 30 min.) 40g Fuggles (4.75% AA, 20 min.) |

| Log: | Put primary fermenter at 70F for 2 weeks. Secondry at 60F for 4 weeks. |

| Tasting: | This stout needs to be aged at least 6 months otherwise it is just to bitter. So malty you can almost chew it. I will be brewing this again. But with more hops to get an IBU of about 160. |
