Snowshoe Stout
This is a variation on a stout I took to Snowshoe last winter. I was
out of some of the grains I used in the original recipe.

| Doughed in with 12 qts of water, then added boiling. Missed temp. Too low. Ended up doing one decoction to get to 150 degrees. | ||||||||

| Hops: | 1.5 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 60 min.) 1 oz. Cluster (7% AA, 45 min.) |
