| Steep: | Add grain to 1 1/2 gallons of cold water and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and remove grain. | |||||||

| Add LME and return to heat. Bring to a boil. Add 1/2 oz of hops at 45 minutes remaining on the boil. Add 1 oz at 30 minutes and 1/2 oz at 15 minutes. Run the hot wort over the 1/2 oz of aroma hops into the fermenter. Add cold water to make 5 gallons. | ||||||||
