This is a clone of Coopers Original Pale Ale.

| Hops: | 25g Pride of Ringwood (10% AA, 60 min.) | |||||||
| Yeast: | Safale S-04 and Coopers dry yeast. (Starter from a Coopers bottle failed) |

| Log: | 7 days primary, 7 days secondary 22-25c |

| Carbonation: | Bulk primed 160g dextrose. Bottled. | |||||||
| Tasting: | Rough at first, but smoothed out nicely. Bitterness just right. Next time we'll include a little crystal for extra body and flavour. | |||||||
