| 150° F for 60 Minutes. Mash out at 170°F for 20 minutes | ||||||||
| Boil: | 90 minutes | SG 1.035 | 7.5 gallons | |||||
| Add the Kent Goldings where there is 60 minutes left, followed by 1 ounce of the Hallatauer at 30 minutes left followed by 1T Irish Moss and 1 ounce of Hallatauer when there is 15 minutes left. Cool via your favorite cooling method and pitch yeast at 80°F. | ||||||||
