Justmadeitup Pale Ale
I just got some Marris Otter pale ale malt, so I wanted to brew a nice Pale Ale that would bring the full character of the malt to the forefront.

| I toasted 1/2 lb. of the MO malt for 15 minutes in a 350° oven.  Single infusion mash in  converted 10 gallon gott. Mashed at 152° for 60 minutes. | ||||||||
| Boil: | 60 minutes | SG 1.043 | 7.5 gallons | |||||
| Added 1 tsp. Irish Moss w/15 minutes left in boil | ||||||||
| Hops: | 1 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 60 min.) 1 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 30 min.) .5 oz. Fuggles (4.75% AA, 15 min.) .5 oz. Fuggles (aroma) | |||||||
| Yeast: | My brew store didn't have the liquid yeast I wanted, so I used 2 packets of Danstar Notingham. This by far is the best/cleanest dry yeast I have tried. | |||||||
