Excellent Cider for the Fall. Compliments a night around the campfire very well.

| Mash the wheat malt at 160...sparge out at 100 to 5.5 gallons. | ||||||||
| Boil: | 60 minutes | SG 1.031 | 5.5 gallons | |||||
| 1 lb. Brown sugar 1 lb. Corn sugar 12 oz. Honey |

| Add 10 pounds of sliced fresh apples (I have trees in my yard, so I use the non-edible ones for cider) to the mash before it boils. Allow the apples to remain in through the boil until you have boil-over problems. Remove the apples. Add 4 tsp of cinnamon to the boil after you remove the apples. |
