First runnings of a partigile batch. 2.5 gallons for this beer and 5 gallons for a belgian single/mild. First expirement with hop bursting. Efficiency is a guess and is low due to partigyle.

Yeast: | Danstar Nottingham. Yeast sprinkled into a glass os cooled wort taken from this batch on brew day. Allowed to settle into starter wort while the remainder of the wort was boiled, hopped and cooled. | |||||||
Log: | Brew date:6/20/10(Father's Day) Fermentation temp. is expected to be high, upper 70's°F. Missed first mash temp. Was 140°. |

Because this batch is half of my normal batches, I will use half the amount of bottling sugar. I usually use 3/4 cup of table sugar but will instead use 3/8. |
