Single step infusion. held at ~154 for 90 minutes.
Boil: 65 minutes SG 1.041 6 gallons
1 tbsp Irish Moss at 15 min
Hops: .3 oz. Target (10.6% AA, 90 min.)
.5 oz. Challenger (7.0% AA, 90 min.)
.5 oz. Kent Goldings (5.6% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: Wyeast British Ale (1098)
